Last updated 12 October 2026

This privacy notice explains how Fullstone Advisory Limited ("Fullstone", "we", "us" or "our") collects, uses and shares personal information when you visit fullstone.com or contact us. Fullstone Advisory Limited is registered in England and Wales (company number 15660727), and its registered office is Mill House, Liphook Road, Haslemere, Surrey GU27 3QE. It is the controller of your personal information.

If you have any questions, please email us at info@fullstone.com.

1. What information do we collect?

Information you give us. When you email, call or meet us, we collect the details you choose to share. This usually means your name, job title, company, email address, phone number and postal address, and the content of your messages.

Information collected when you visit our website. Like most websites, our hosting provider's servers automatically record technical information about each visit. This includes your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you view, and the date and time of your visit. These logs are used for security and to keep the site running.

We do not collect sensitive personal information, and we do not buy or receive personal information about you from third parties.

2. How do we use your information?

We use your information to:

  • respond to your enquiries and arrange meetings;
  • provide our advisory services and manage our relationship with you or your organisation;
  • keep our website secure and working properly;
  • comply with our legal, tax and regulatory obligations.

We do not use your information for automated decision-making or profiling, and we do not sell it.

3. What legal bases do we rely on?

Under the UK GDPR (and the EU GDPR where it applies), we rely on:

  • Legitimate interests: to respond to enquiries, maintain business relationships and keep our website secure. We only do this where our interests are not outweighed by your rights.
  • Contract: where we need to process your information to provide services to you, or to take steps at your request before entering into a contract.
  • Legal obligation: where we must keep or disclose information to comply with the law.
  • Consent: where we have asked for your consent for a specific purpose. You can withdraw it at any time by emailing us.

4. Who do we share your information with?

We share personal information only where necessary, with:

  • Service providers who act on our instructions: Hostinger, which hosts our website, and Microsoft, which provides our email and office systems. They may only use your information to provide their services to us.
  • Professional advisers: such as our accountants and lawyers, where needed.
  • Authorities: where the law requires it.
  • Buyers or investors: if all or part of our business is sold, merged or financed, subject to confidentiality.

Some of these providers may process information outside the UK. Where they do, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as UK adequacy regulations or the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or Addendum.

5. Cookies

Our website does not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies. It may set small technical cookies that are strictly necessary for it to work, which do not require your consent.

6. How long do we keep your information?

We keep personal information only for as long as we need it for the purposes above, or as required by law (for example, for tax and accounting records). Website server logs are kept for a limited period by our hosting provider. When we no longer need information, we delete or anonymise it.

7. Children

Our website and services are intended for businesses and are not aimed at anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information about children. If you think we have done so, please contact us and we will delete it.

8. Your rights

Under data protection law you have the right to:

  • ask for a copy of the personal information we hold about you;
  • ask us to correct or delete it;
  • ask us to restrict or stop using it, or object to how we use it;
  • ask for it to be transferred to you or another organisation, where applicable;
  • withdraw your consent, where we rely on consent.

To exercise any of these rights, email info@fullstone.com. We will respond within one month. There is normally no charge.

If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, please contact us first. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113. If you are in the EEA or Switzerland, you can contact your local data protection authority.
